• 6:00 - 7:00 AM caravan from Scottsdale 
• 1:00 PM tee times 
• Check-in to Casa Blanca Resort Casino - each player has their own room. 

Saturday, April 22nd - Wolf Creek 

• Complimentary breakfast at the course 
• 10:30 AM tee times
• 7:30 PM all-inclusive dinner and drinks at Katherine's Steakhouse fine dining at the Casa Blanca resort and casino.

Sunday, April 23rd - Conestoga 

• Check-out of hotel

WITHDRAWAL POLICY: Up to 30 days prior to the tournament, players may withdraw from a tournament and receive a full refund by sending an email to info@golfandgrow.com. Zero refunds will be issued within 30 days of the tournament, regardless of the reason for withdrawing.
